Good oral hygiene is essential if you want nice teeth.
I’ve seen teeth whitening videos that use lemon juice and baking soda, but excessive use of potent citric acids as a supplement for toothpaste can actually do more damage than good.
Experts have finally come up with this amazing concoction, I’ve only ever heard good things about coconut oil (I don’t use it enough), and they agree that this is more effective than toothpaste when it comes to getting your mouth clean.
It’s so so simple, all you need is coconut oil, baking powder, and some food grade flavouring for taste.
Take a look below to find out how to make it yourself…what are you waiting for?
Here’s how to make your own Coconut oil toothpaste!
1. Prepare and clean a small jar with tight lid. An empty baby food jar would be ideal.
2. Mix 1 part Coconut Oil with 1 part Baking Soda.
3. Add 3-5 drops of Sweet Orange, Peppermint, or other food-grade essential oils to flavor to your taste.
4. Allow your paste to cool and set.
Use regularly and you will have brighter whiter teeth in no time!
Unlike other teeth whitening methods, this routine doesn’t cause any long term damage to your teeth.
